You can take all of the homepahtics together 30 minutes before or after putting anything into your mouth. You activate the bottle each time before dosing by gently popping the bottom of the bottle on the opposite hand.  You may use a shot glass and each time just before dosing put required dosage in the bottle.  Place under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds then swallow.  If the amount is to great for under your tongue then sip it for 30 seconds.

 
Use the lowest dose on all the homepathics to begin with.
