Ordering

If you encounter any problems ordering from our site there are a few tips and tricks that might clear up the problems-

 

PC--- Within the internet browser itself you can take acouple of steps

-Refreshing the Website by pressing F5 key-

 

-Clearing you internet history and cache/cookies by going into the Tools/Options tab of the browser and pressing clear History/Cache/Cookies-

 

Mac---Reseting Safari Internet Browser -

-under the Safari tab at the top of the screen scroll down and press "reset Safari"

Due to liability reasons, we do not process credit card orders over the phone

Shipping

We ship USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day Monday - Friday (11:00 am cut-off time). Please allow 1 day for processing.

 

We retain the right to ship out placed orders within 72 hours, Nevertheless we try our best to ship out the day the order is placed.

 

Lost or Stolen Shipments: HCG Homeopathic Weight Loss Method is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to intereference or negligence from third parties, such as the US Postal Service.

International Orders

We do ship to other countries outside the U.S. However, we do not ship orders over $400.00, in accordance with custom regulations.

Returns

Return Policy: Homeopathics cannot be returned by law. HCG Homeopathic Weight Loss Method will replace damaged or lost products upon examination of the facts of damage or loss. The damaged products will be replaced with the same product or an equivalant product. 

 

If the bottle has been damaged or the seal has been broken, please discard it in an appropriate manner. hCG Homeopathic Wieght Loss Method and, or Donna Carlton is not held responsible for any bodily harm that may occur from damaged bottles, or damage that may occur from said damaged bottle (s) during shipment of said bottle (s)

 

Refunds

Should you require and qualify for a refund from hCGHWLM, we will refund your money minus shipping and handling fees.
