What do I need to purchase to get started?

My reccomendations for Homeopathics for Phase 2 of Dr. Simeon's Protocol are listed in Phase 2 Packages 1 and 2.  These reccomendations are the minimum of what you need to educate and support your body system while dieting. The packages includes the Homeopathic Weight Loss Method E-book.

This homeopathic is utilized in conjunction with Dr. Simeons’ hCG Protocol and should be followed as he describes in his book for optimum results.

hCG Homeopathic Weight Loss Method CheckList

 

Before beginning any program you should consult with your physician.  It is very beneficial to be prepared with information and questions prior to your visit.  Find a physician that will be supportive and encouraging.

 

The following information will assist in preparation:

 

Read Dr. Simeons Protocol.

Read “Make it Simple” book.

Read all three companion booklets.

Read Kevin Trudeau’s book “The Weight Loss Cure”.

Join our support group at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/hcghomeopathicweightlossmethod/.

 

Once you have read the information and joined the group there are some key questions to ensure success:

                Do I have the time, or make the time, necessary to complete this program?

                Will this fit into my lifestyle and current demands?

                Am I pregnant or want to get pregnant right now?

                What do I really need to change in my life?

                Will I have the support from friends and family?

                Can I do this on my own?

                Will I be able to complete each phase as written and purchase the necessary products?

 

Next put a plan of action together.

When will I start Phase 1?

When will I be start Phase 2?

When will I be start Phase 3?

When will I start Phase 4?

Will I need to do another round of Phase 2?

How many rounds of Phase 2 will I need to complete to get to my goal weight? Average weight loss is .5/day.

Will there be any holidays, birthdays, vacations or other obstacles that may hinder my progress?

Do I fully understand the products I will need to purchase to aid in success?

Cleanse?  Scales for cooking and daily weigh-ins? Supportive products and supplements?

Can I change my personal care products? Can I plan my own menus that will follow the (VLCD) Very Low Calorie Diet of 500 calories/day?  Can I set realistic goals for myself?

 

Now that you have answered all of the above questions let’s get started.

Weigh and record measurements:

Take Before Photo:

Start eating organically:

  1.  
  2. Begin Phase 1:
  3. Cleansing Program:
  4. Colon
  5. Parasites/Kidney’s
  6. Liver/Gallbladder
  7. Weigh yourself daily upon rising after emptying your bladder and without clothing. Spreadsheets with weight loss tracking are located in “Make It Easy” and in Phase 1 companion booklet.
  8. Re-read companion “Make It Easy” booklet 1 following the Phase One diet protocol:
  9. 2 apples per day
  10. 2 grapefruits per day
  11. Large salad with lunch and dinner
  12. Lean protein at lunch and dinner
  13. Eat breakfast every morning
  14. Drink plenty of water
  15. Walk daily
  16. Take supporting supplements
  17. Drink recommended teas
  18. Eat 100 gram of protein before bedtime every now and then
  19. Follow the avoid list
  20. Complete Phase 1 for 30 days
  21. Read Homeopathic Instructions provided in “Make It Easy”.

  23. Phase 2:
  24. HHCG/VLCD:
  25. Re-read companion “Make It Easy” booklet 2 following the Simeons Protocol:
  26. Daily upon rising weigh after emptying bladder without clothing. Spreadsheets are provided in Phase 2 companion booklet and “Make It Easy” book.
  27. Start HHCG and Load (2 days) to capacity focusing on high fat foods. Avoid excessive sugars.  Review homeopathic information sheet in “Make It Easy”.
  28. HHCG/VLCD on day 3.
  29. Follow food plan of 500 calories per day. Review the recipes and food plan in “Make It Easy”.
  30. Follow the allowable food list
  31. Purchase HCG cookbook
  32. Create weekly menu
  33. Avoid all on avoid list
  34. Choose when last day of Phase 2 will be:
    • Stop taking HHCG 2 days before starting phase 3
    • Continue eating VLCD until starting phase 3
    • Record you last dose weight
  35. Do not resume normal eating until completing the last 2 days of VLCD.
  36. Celebrate each goal met.
  37. Follow instructions during menstruation in “Pounds and Inches”.
  38. Follow apple day if weight remains for 4 days as described in “Pounds and Inches”.
  39. Record measurements in provided spreadsheets.
  40. Last week prepare Phase 3 meal plan to ensure success.
  41. Last week of Phase 2 re-read companion booklet Phase 3, and week three instructions in “Make It Easy” and “Pounds and Inches”.

 

Phase 3:

Maintaining phase: Do Not Use HHCG during this phase.

  1. Start a Candida Cleanse if not completed prior to Phase 2.
  2. Continue weighing and measuring yourself daily as you did in Phase 1 and 2.
  3. Eat normally except for starches and sugars as stated in “Pounds and Inches”.
  4. Increase fats and dairy products.
  5. Eat 5-6 times per day including breakfast.
  6. If a 2 pound increase occurs in weight follow steak day as written in “Make It Easy” and “Pounds and Inches”.
  7. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
  8. Eat a large salad with lunch and dinner.
  9. Eat 2 apples per day.
  10. Increase calories slowly to allow your body to adjust and reset itself.
  11. This Phase is done for 3 weeks the first round, 8 weeks the second round, 12 weeks the third round, 20 weeks the fourth round, and 6 months the fifth round.
  12. Continue a healthy exercise routine.

 

Phase 4:

This Phase will be introducing starches and sugars back into the diet to provide feedback.

  1. Continue weighing and measuring as in all Phases, spreadsheet is provided.
  2. Eat normally adding starches and sugars gradually.
  3. Should a 2 pound increase occur, follow steak day diet and review food that may have contributed to weight gain.
  4. Dr. Simeons suggest three weeks of Phase 4 prior to beginning another round of Phase 2.
  5. If goal has been reached and maintained, CELEBRATE your LIFE!!!!

 

Should another round of Phase 2 be necessary follow Phase 2 instructions while keeping in mind the number of weeks to follow Phase 3 prior to re-entering each Round of Phase 2.
