We ship USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day Monday - Friday. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

Return Policy: Homeopathics cannot be returned by law. HCG Homeopathic Weight Loss Method will replace damaged or lost products upon examination of the facts of damage or loss. The damaged products will be replaced with the same product or an equivalant product. 

If the bottle has been damaged or the seal has been broken, please discard it in an appropriate manner. hCG Homeopathic Wieght Loss Method and, or Donna Carlton is not held responsible for any bodily harm that may occur from damaged bottles, or damage that may occur from said damaged bottle (s) during shipment of said bottle (s).

Lost or Stolen Shipments: HCG Homeopathic Weight Loss Method is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to intereference or negligence from third parties, such as the US Postal Service.
